Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB is going to establish two subsidiaries



Starting from December 31, 2004 the operation of the branches of Electric Power

Network Services and Transport Services of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB will be

terminated.

On December 31, 2004 the new subsidiary companies Elektros Tinklo Paslaugos UAB

and Rytra UAB of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB will be established, which will

take over the functions and obligations of the branches that are to be closed.
