On November 15, 2004, the Board of Directors of AB Rokiskio suris resolved to

acquire up to 25% of AB Zemaitijos pieno investicija's shares including the

owned share block of 11,47% of AB Zemaitijos pieno investicija.Purchase price

per share is to be settled not more than 2,50 Lt per share.
