Regarding valuation of fixed assets



The corporation Matininkai UAB has conducted the valuation of the fixed assets

of Gubernija AB (buildings, constructions and production equipment). According

to the fixed assets valuation certificate, the value of the fixed assets of

Gubernija AB totaled LTL 37 975 500 as of October 31, 2004.  After the

revaluation of assets, a revaluation reserve of LTL 5 827 649.6 was formed.
