Notification regarding the acquisition of the block of shares of Ekranas AB



On December 20, 2004, company "REDOAK INVESTMENT holding inc. owned 12.8 % of

Ekranas AB votes by the right of ownership (number of votes before the

acquisition of the block of shares was 5.9%).

Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on December 22, 2004.
