Notification regarding the loss of the block of shares of Lifosa AB



On December 23, 2004, Boundary Layer Limited owned 4,73% of Lifosa AB votes by

the right of ownership (number of votes before the loss of the block of shares

was 53.43%).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the VSE on

January 3, 2005.
