Notification regarding the acquisition of the block of shares of Lifosa AB



On December 23, 2004, company "Eolian Trading Limited" (Cyprus) owned 91.15% of

Lifosa AB votes by the right of ownership (number of votes before the

acquisition of the block of shares was 42.45%).

Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on January 3, 2005.
