Bonds of Vilniaus Bankas AB will be admitted to the Current Trading List



Registered Bonds of Vilniaus Bankas AB (code of securities 40305, abbreviation

VBN) will be admitted to the Current Trading List provided that the issuer

fulfills the requirements set forth in Paragraph 99.6 of the Trading Rules of

the Vilnius Stock Exchange by February 25, 2005 inclusive and submits the

following documentation: a report on securities offering results, the list of

bondholders who have acquired a holding of over 5 percent of the issue, and the

total number of the bondholders.

The bonds of Vilniaus Bankas AB will be considered admitted to the Current

Trading List when the issuer of the bonds presents to the Stock Exchange a

report concerning fulfillment of the requirements established by the Board of

the Stock Exchange and when the Head of Listing announces about this event in

the manner prescribed by the Trading Rules.
