On January 19, 2005, Vilmantas Peciura owned 13.89%, Vytautas Junevicius -

46.32%, Arvydas Jonas Stankevicius - 18.52%, and Darius Vezelis - 13.89% of

Alita AB votes by the right of ownership.

Notification about the acquisitions of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on January 31, 2005.
