Decisions of the Board of Directors AB EKRANAS 10 February 2005



Today the Board of Directors analised the trends in European market for

consumption of electronics devices. The Board stated that the stagnancy in

consumption is continuing and the producers of TV components in EU are going to

stop temporarily or to cease the production in March 2005.



AB EKRANAS has chosen the most acceptable variant for company’s production.



 The Board decided:



1.To stop temporarily CPT assembly workshops and panel production from March 7

until March 13 2005 inclusive.



2.To give annual vocations for 3700 employees in the period of company’s

temporarily stop. The annual vocations would be given for employees and paid

under the Lithuanian Laws.
