Results of operation for January 2005



During the first month of 2005, Grigiskes AB, the largest Lithuanian producer of

wood fibre board and sanitary and daily use paper products, earned a profit of

LTL 802.5 thousand.  It exceeded by 23.5% the profit of the corresponding period

a year ago, during which the company's profit stood at LTL 649.9 thousand.

The sales and services of the Company in January 2005 totaled LTL 8.2796 m. They

augmented by 2.6% if compared to the corresponding period in 2003, during which

the Company sold goods and rendered services for LTL 8.704 m.
