will not be applied



On 23 February 2005, trading in securities of Gubernija AB (code of securities

11435) will be renewed and price variation limits will not be applied. Increased

number of securities and reduced face value (Resolution of the Listing

Department as of 21 February 2005).

On 23 February 2005, at the Central Securities Depository number of securities

of Gubernija AB will be increased and face value will be reduced. After the

change, the size of issue 11435 will be 21 786 000 units, nominal value: LTL 1,

the total nominal value: LTL 21 786 000.
