The proposal of the Board about dividends for the year 2004



During the meeting of the Board of Vilniaus Vingis AB held on 28 February 2005

was decided to propose to the general meeting of company’s shareholders not to

pay out dividends for the year 2004.



The shareholders can familiarize themselves with every project of agenda issue

of the general meeting of shareholders during the working days from 7 am to 4 pm

starting from 21 March 2005 at Vilniaus Vingis AB, Savanorių 176, Vilnius (at

the office of finance director) and in the web-page of the company
