AB Bankas "NORD/LB Lietuva" has allotted  a bond issue with the face value of

LTL 50 million



On  March 2nd 2005 (Wednesday), AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva  completed the

placement of a 3-year bond issue with the face value of LTL 50 million (500 000

bonds with LTL 100 face value each) at 3.25 per cent fixed interest rate

(Securities Registration No. B-5268).

The bonds will be listed  on the current list of Vilnius Stock Exchange. The
