securities 10192) on March 24, 2005. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to

be held on March 30, 2005 ). Increase of the share capital out of supplementary

contributions.



On March 30, 2005, trading in ORS of Bankas Snoras AB (codes of securities 10192

and 12450) will be suspended until the announcement day through the information

system of the VSE inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held
