Due security for the issuer's obligation



As a security for the issuer’s obligations arising from the issue of bonds

registered with the Lithuanian Securities Commission on 30 September 2004

(registration number AB-5263), the secondary mortgage over the office building

located at Ševčenkos g. 21/ Vytenio g. 12, Vilnius, and the  secondary pledge

over the lease right of the land located at the same address was registered as

of 8 March 2005.
