Results of operation for January - February 2005



In February 2005, Grigiskes AB, the largest Lithuanian producer of wood fibre

board and sanitary and daily use paper products, earned a profit of LTL 709.3

thousand.

It was by 36.2% more than for the corresponding month in 2004, when the

company's profit stood LTL 520.9 thousand.



During the first two months of 2005 the company earned a profit of LTL 1 511.8

thousand, which exceeded by 29% the amount of the corresponding period a year

ago, when the company's profit reached LTL 1 170.8 thousand.



The sales and services of the Company in February 2005 totaled LTL 7364.6

thousand. If compared to the sales and services of February 2004, they reduced

by 6.4%.  In February 2004, the company sold goods and rendered services for LTL

7 864 thousand. During the first two months of the year the sales of Grigiskes

AB totaled LTL 15 644.2 thousand and it is by 1.8% less if compared to the

corresponding period a year ago (for January-February 2004, the sales of the

company amounted to LTL 15 935.2 thousand).
