Bonds of Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB will be admitted to the Current Trading List



Registered Bonds of Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB  (code of securities 40306) will

be admitted to the Current Trading List on April 11, 2005.

Trading in these securities will be started since April 11, 2005, provided that

the issuer has paid the fee for admission to the Current Trading List by the

above term.

Note that the Exchange trading system calculates the accrued interest by the

actual number of days in a month and in a year (Act/Act). However, it is laid

down in the bonds issue prospectus of the Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB that

interest is calculated and paid according to agreement that there are 360 days

in a year (Act/360).
