Notification regarding the loss of the block of shares of Lifosa AB



On March 31, 2005, Cyprus company  EOLIAN TRADING LIMITED lost all the votes of

Lifosa AB owned by the right of ownership (91,15%).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the VSE on

April 7, 2005.
