Notification regarding the acquisition of the block of shares of Lifosa AB



On March 31, 2005, JSC Mineral and Chemical Company "EuroChem" (Russia) acquired

91.15% of Lifosa AB votes by the right of ownership.

Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on April 7, 2005.
