The AGM of Kauno Energija AB held on April 26, 2005 decided:

*To approve the 2004 report on the activities of the company;

*To approve the company's financial statements for the year 2004;

*To approve the company's 2004 profit (loss) appropriation;

*To elect Adolfas Antanas Balutis, first deputy mayor of Kaunas city

municipality, member of the Supervisory Board.
