Decisions of the AGM



The annual general meeting of shareholders of Gubernija AB took place on April

28, 2005. The meeting adopted the following decisions:

1. To approve the report on the activities of the company in 2004;

2. To approve the annual financial statements of the company 2004;

3. To remove the mandatory reserve by transferring LTL 773 593 to cover losses

of the year 2004, and to approve profit (loss) appropriation, according to which

the unappropriated result is a loss of LTL 3 299 501.
