Declaration of dividends for the year 2004



On 22 April 2005, at the Annual General Meeting shareholders of AB Lietuvos

Telekomas approved payout of 0.13 litas dividend per one ordinary registered

share from the profit for the year 2004.



Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who on the day of the Annual General

Meeting of Shareholders, i.e. on 22 April 2005, were on the Shareholders' List

of the Company.



The payout of the dividends for the year 2004 starts on 20 May 2005.



Dividends for the year 2004 are subject to withholding tax of 15 per cent.
