Results of operation of the company for 4 months of 2005



The sales and services of Grigiskes AB, the largest Lithuanian producer of

wood fibre board and sanitary and daily use paper products, during the first

4 months of the year totaled LTL 33 032.3 thousand, which is almost by 3%

more than during the corresponding period of 2004, when the amount of sales

and services reached LTL 32 072 thousand. In April 2005 Grigiskes AB sold

goods and rendered services for

LTL 8 446.3 thousand. If compared to April of 2004, the sales of the company

grew almost by 15%. In April 2004 the company sold goods and rendered

services for LTL 7364.8 thousand.

During the first 4 months of 2005 the company earned a profit of LTL 2685.6

thousand, which is by 13% more than during the corresponding period a year

before, when the company's profit stood at LTL 2 375.3 thousand. In April

2005 the company's profit reached LTL 546.6 thousand.
