Regarding a newly elected Board of Lietuvos Energija AB



On May 31, 2005, upon the expiration of the tenure of the company’s members of the Board, 

the Supervisory Board of Lietuvos Energija AB re-elected the same members of the Board: 

Jurgis Vilemas, Rymantas Juozaitis, Marijus Franckevičius, Dominikas Pečiulis, Vida 

Dzermeikienė and  Algimantas Zaremba.
