JSC “OT Grupa” trading under surveillance 



RSE Management Board on its meeting of June 1, 2005, resolved to assign Surveillance status 

to JSC “OT Grupa” starting with June 1, 2005. The company has failed to disclose non-audited 

financial statements for the first three months (May 31 was the deadline), nor has requested 

an extension. This a repeated breach of similar nature. 



The RSE Management Board also resolved to meet the request of JSC “Latvijas Gāze” and to 

extend the 3-month financial statement submission date till June 10, 2005.
