ADDING WATCH NOTATION TO VIISNURK SHARES



According to article article 3.5.1 of the chapter Supervision of Tallinn Stock 

Exchange (TSE) Rules, the Exchange may add a watch notation to the trading code 

of a security in the trading system and to the trading information displayed 

on Exchange's Web site. As stipulated in article 3.5.4.6, one possible reason 

for adding the watch notation is making takeover offer to the shareholders of 

the issuer or announcing the intention of such an offer.



Proceeding from the above, the TSE management board decided today, on June 6, 

2005 to add a watch notation to the shares of AS Viisnurk starting June 6, 2005 

according to the article 3.5.4.6. of chapter Supervision of the TSE Rules.
