Purchasing of own shares by AB "LISCO BALTIC SERVICE"



On April 27, 2005 the General Shareholders' Meeting approved of the decision

to provide AB "LISCO BALTIC SERVICE" with the right to purchase own 

shares from the shareholders wishing to sell the shares under the terms and 

conditions provided by the legislation of Republic of Lithuania. So far,  

AB "LISCO BALTIC SERVICE" has not taken the decision about submitting

the voluntary tender offer to buy up own shares so that the right provided by 

the General Shareholders' Meeting this year could be implemented. This issue

will be considered in the future (at the mentioned General Shareholders' 

Meeting it was decided that the company could purchase own shares until 

its securities were listed on the Current Official Trade List of Vilnius 

Securities Exchange), taking into account the shareholders' proposals and

the decisions of the Board.
