Preliminary result of Sanitas AB activity in May 2005 is

unaudited net profit of LTL 805 thousand; net profit from

the beginning of 2005 totaled LTL 1.9 m.

Net profit of Endokrininiai preparatai AB

(in which Sanitas AB obtains 65, 92 % of shares)

in May 2005 totaled LTL 52.8 thousand;

net profit from the beginning of the year totaled LTL
