A/s Ventspils nafta Supervisory Board Candidates 



A/s Ventspils nafta has received information about possible 

candidates for Supervisory Board members from a/s Ventspils nafta 

shareholders - the State shareholder VAS Privatisation Agency 

(the State owns 38.6% of a/s Ventspils nafta’ equity). 

The State proposes the following people as candidates for 

a/s Ventspils nafta Supervisory Board members: 

Boldiševics Kārlis, Imaks Juris, Jansons Mārtiņš, Mežeckis Romāns, 

Pirktiņa Baiba, Tiesnesis Aivars, Titavs Dans.



A/s Ventspils nafta has not received any names, surnames of 

candidates for Supervisory Board members from any other 

a/s Ventspils nafta shareholders. Other candidates for 

Supervisory Board members will be nominated at the 

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 1 July 2005.
