TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP STATUS OF AS TRIGON SECURITIES 

 

The management board of AS Tallinna Börs decided on 17 June 2005

to satisfy the application of AS Trigon Securities to withdraw from

the membership of the exchange, effective 6 July 2005.

AS Trigon Securities has the right to use the trading system of the

exchange until 1 July 2005. 

 

In the words of Kristel Kivinurm-Priisalm, a management board member

of AS Trigon Securities, they are giving up their Tallinn Stock Exchange

membership since Trigon Capital group wishes to increasingly focus on the

management of funds and other asset management services. The company will

continue to offer its clients brokerage services in cooperation with partners.

well as the largest administrator of open-ended equity funds. In addition to
