SATISFYING THE REQUEST FOR DEMISSION OF TWO MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD 



On June 28, 2005 the Supervisory Board of Port of Tallinn satisfied the request for 

demission of Mart Tooming and Aare Tammemäe, the members of the Management Board, 

and announced a competition for the finding of the new chairman of the Management Board.



Until the election of the new chairman of the Management Board Ain Kaljurand, 

a member of the Management Board, will fulfill the obligations of the chairman of 

the Management Board.
