Grigiskes AB (Lithuanian producer of wood fibre board and sanitary and daily use

paper products) purchased 50 % shares of Baltwood UAB from Danish wood company

DTE (Dansk Traeemballage A/S). Now Grigiskes AB owns 100 % shares of Baltwood

UAB.
