RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of July 4, 2005 to list, starting with July 14, 

2005, 3,099,450  JSC “Brīvais vilnis” common bearer voting shares on the RSE Free list. 

Nominal value is LVL 1; total issue value is LVL 3,099,450; ISIN code LV0000100824. The 

issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on June 10, 

2005.



The RSE trading code is BRV1R and SAXESS order book technical ID is 30544; standard lot size 

is 500.
