Šiaulių bankas is issuing bonds



Šiaulių bankas is issuing a 366 days’ maturity bond issue of LTL 20m nominal value. The final

terms of the bond issue were approved by the resolution of the Board of the Bank of 5 July

2005. The bonds were registered with the Lithuanian Securities Commission on 7 July 2005.

The bonds will be distributed from 8 August 2005 until 18 July 2005, paid up on 18 July

2005, and redeemed on 19 July 2006. The underwriter for the bond issue is AS Lohmus,

Haavel&Viisemann (Estonia).
