THE RESULTS OF A-SELVER FOR Q2 2005



The unaudited gross sales of A-Selver, 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

for Quarter 2 2005 were 518.3 million kroons (33.1 million euros), showing an

increase of 49 per cent over the same period last year, when the sales were 349

million kroons (22.3 million euros).



The unaudited gross sales for 6 months were 924.1 million kroons (59.1 million

euros), growing 37 per cent over the last year.



The increase in sales per square meter of sales area amounted to 25 per cent in

Q2. The main sources for growth were the increase in number of new customers and

the successful expansion of the chain in Tartu and in Võru.



In Q2 the number of purchases in Selver chain was 4.1 million, showing a 42 per

cent increase over the last year.
