Resolutions of Board of AB "Kauno energija"



Board of AB "Kauno energija" after estimation information presented by

company administration, during meeting took place at 2005-07-12 made following

decisions;

-approve the draft Modification of Investment Agreement signed at March 31, 2003,

-authorize Mr. Aleksandras Sigitas Matelionis general manager of AB "Kauno energija" 

to sign agreement for Modification of Investment Agreement signed on March 31, 2003.
