According to “Law of Financial Instruments Market ”, article 86., Janis

Romanovskis informs that on 17.02.2005 he has acquired 400 (four hundred)

JSC “Grindeks” (GRD1R) shares. After the deal, Janis Romanovskis owns 1259

(one thousand two hundred and fifty nine) JSC “Grindeks” shares.
