meeting of shareholders will be held on August 19, 2005, at 11:00, Tukums, 

Raudas street 30, in the meeting room. 

The agenda:

1.	Report of the Management Board on the company’s business activities 

and financial results in the first half-year of 2005.

2.	Raising finances for reconstruction of the production unit and for 

restructuring company’s activities in order to stabilize core business.
