Acquisition of 100 % of  Hoechst-Biotika shares is completed



July 27, 2005 Sanitas AB concluded the 

purchase transaction of Slovak pharmaceutical

manufacturer Hoechst-Biotika 

and acquired the ownership of 100 % of  

Hoechst-Biotika shares.
