for the 1st half of the year 2005 by 26 August 2005, because announcement of 

performance results of AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE is a material event in 

respect of the Company’s controlling shareholder DFDS A/S and, based on 

the principle of simultaneous disclosure, can be only disclosed after this 

information has been submitted to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by DFDS A/S.
