PAID DIVIDENDS



According to the resolution of the general meeting of AS Eesti Post

of 27.04.2005, the company paid dividends in the amount of 15.3 million EEK

from the profits for the 2004 financial year into the state budget.

The company paid income tax in the amount of 4.7 million EEK on the paid

profits.



In 2004, the net profit of AS Eesti Post amounted to 29.3 million EEK. 



100% of the shares of AS Eesti Post are held by the Republic of Estonia.
