Increase of authorised capital in Lietuvos Dujos AB subsidiary Palangos Perlas UAB



On 2 August 2005 Lietuvos Dujos AB increased by LTL 3,294,000 (EUR

954,008.34) to LTL 9,703,763 (EUR 2,810,404.02) the authorised capital in 

subsidiary Palangos Perlas UAB by the additional assets contribution. Nominal value 

of one share of Palangos Perlas UAB is LTL 1 (EUR 0.29).
