JSC “Brīvais vilnis” to sell cargo quay 



JSC “Brīvais vilnis” will sell a part of cargo quay that is not used in business operations. 

The buyer is Estonian company "Green Energy"; the value of the deal is LVL 750 thousand. The 

part of the quay used for fish cargos is retained by “Brīvais vilnis”. The proceeds from the 

deal will be used for buying "Salacgrīva '95" shares; and for increasing current assets. As a 

result, the company cashflow and solvency are expected to increase.
