Regarding bonds’ registration





The Securities Commission at the meeting of September 8, 2005 registered the emission of 

Lietuvos Energija AB 75000 nominal bonds of EUR100 face value with the expiration date – 

367 days, entitling to 2,6 per cent yearly interest. The general face value of the emission 

– EUR7 500 000 . The bonds are offered publicly. The bonds are distributed by 

SEB Vilniaus Bankas AB – Gedimino pr. 12, LT-01103 Vilnius. The purchase price of bonds 

– EUR100. The bonds will be distributed from September 12 to September 26, 2005. 

The redemption date of the bonds – September 29, 2006. The bonds emission prospectus is 

published on websites of the issuer and the distributor <a href='http://www.lietuvosenergija.lt' target='_blank'>http://www.lietuvosenergija.lt</a> and <a href='http://www.seb.lt.' target='_blank'>http://www.seb.lt.</a>

 

The bonds are signed at SEB Vilniaus Bankas AB, Department of Financial Markets, Division 

of Securities Trade, at the address of Jogailos 10, Vilnius, during business days 

from 8.30 to 15.00.
