INTEREST PAYMENT ON BONDS



AS Sportland International Group will pay interest on its Bonds issued on

16 of September 2004 (EE3300073451) in the amount of EEK 12 per each bond

on 16 September 2005. Currently Tallinn Stock Exchange is running the listing

process of the Bonds.



Interests will be paid to investors who according to the information of Estonian

Central Register of Securities are the owners of the Bonds on 16 September 2005 at 8:00.

Interest payments will be mediated by investment bank Lõhmus, Haavel & Viisemann.

Interests will be paid to the bank accounts related to the securities accounts of

the persons entitled to the interest payment by 14:00 on 16. September 2005, the latest.



Income tax will be withheld from the interest payments to non-residents or

resident natural persons as prescribed by the applicable legislation.
