RSE reviews issuer disclosure practices



RSE Management Board on its meeting of September 14, 2005 reviewed the disclosure practices 

of I-list companies “Rīgas Transporta flote” and “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” and concluded 

that the previously identified shortcomings have been eliminated. 



At the beginning of the year, on January 19, RSE Management Board resolved to require JSC 

“Rīgas Transporta flote” and  JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” to improve disclosure practices, 

so that the companies comply with the standards set forth for I-list issuers.
