1.	Changes in Supervisory Board

To revoke the present Supervisory Board and to elect a new one.

2.	Financing of reconstruction and technical and development after receiving the EU 

support.

To authorize Management Board, with the consent of Supervisory Board, to dispose on non-profile 

assets, and to invest proceeds in reconstruction and modernization, as well as to pay off the 

loans.
