REGISTRATION OF SIA SKANO



On 15 September 2005 Skano OÜ, the  subsidiary  of  Viisnurk  AS,  registered  its

subsidiary SIA Skano in Latvia with 100% holding, the  share  capital  being  2000

lats. SIA Skano was founded with the aim of  starting  retail  furniture  sale  in

Riga this year. The extension of the activity of Skano OÜ to Latvia is the  second

stage of the development of the retail  business  model  of  Viisnurk's  furniture

after the successful launch of the furniture  store  in  November  2003  in  Järve

Shopping Centre, Tallinn.



Developing retail business is part of the business strategy of Furniture  Division

of Viisnurk AS aiming to come closer to the end consumer. Skano is  the  trademark

of Viisnurk's furniture products.



Viisnurk AS is a wood processing company that manufactures  and  markets  domestic

furniture and building materials.
