CHANGE IN THE MEMBERSHIP OF AS SAMPO PANK’S MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 15 September 2005, at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of 

AS Sampo Pank Indrek Puskar was elected as a new member of the 

Management Board of AS Sampo Pank. 

 

Since 1 April 2005, Indrek Puskar has worked as Director of the 

Corporate Services Division of AS Sampo Pank. From May 2003 up to 

March 2005 he worked as Chairman of the Management Board and Chief 

Executive Officer of AS Sampo Liising.  Before joining AS Sampo Liising, 

Indrek Puskar was employed by AS Eesti Telefon (at present: AS Elion). 

His latest jobs at Eesti Telefon were Head of the Corporate and SME 

Sales Department and Head of the Retail Sales Department.



In addition to Indrek Puskar the Management Board of AS Sampo Pank 

comprises the following members: Härmo Värk, Chairman of the Management 

Board; Ivar Pae, Chief Financial Officer and Margus Zhuravljov, Director 

of the Personal and Retail Banking Division.
