JSC “Brīvais Vilnis” participates in the exhibition “World Food 2005”



JSC “Brīvais Vilnis” participated in the exhibition “World Food 2005”, which took place between 

September 20 and 23 in Moscow. Some of the company products received awards. During the exhibition 

“Brīvais vilnis” reached an agreement with supermarket chain "PEREKROSTOK", ranking number 3 in 

Russia as to size (over 100 supermarkets), about supplies. Also, during the exhibition an agreement 

was reached with two Ukrainian chains about direct deliveries. It is also expected that in a near 

future cooperation with Greece, Poland and other European countries would start, because overall 

interest was large. There was a meeting with a UK supplier of ocean fish – it is the company’s 

partner since the end of this summer, and the topic of the meeting was the expansion of cooperation. 

Meetings with other existing and potential suppliers of inputs took place as well.
